- Standard Shipping: 8.99 BGN
- FREE Shipping on orders over 50 BGN
- Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days
- Tracking provided for all orders

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPE)
We ship to 25+ European countries including:
Greece, Romania, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, UK, and Ireland.

- Flat Rate: €10  for all European countries
- Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days
- Tracking provided for all orders

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders shipped outside Bulgaria, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at shadyy.help@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

DELIVERY ISSUES
